Splendid Bender

Sooo it's been quite a while since our last post, but to make it up to all our crazed fans, I'm going to try to ensure this is my best post yet.

There is one weekend a year where everyone should stop everything they are doing and head to Splendour for four days of musical/magical mayhem, even faarkbook has to take a back seat when the splendour bender begins.

I've decided to showcase a few remixes of my favourite acts from this incredible festival, you'd be damnright silly not to give them a chance, they're all delicious in their own right.

Contact High (Javelin Remix) - Architecture in Helsinki --- These guys put on a whopper show, smashed my expectations big time (in a good way)

PSA (Alex Gopher Remix)- Light Year ---- When this absolute wig-out track dropped I'm pretty sure I lost my mind, it hasn't been seen since.

Take Me Over (Flight Facilities Remix)- Cut Copy --- This one came out a lot earlier in the year but because both cut copy and flight facilities were so gurn-friendly I've included this funk delight.

Blame Game (Calvertron Booty Remix)- Kanye West ---DUB --- I had to include one from the king of splendour, You'll never see a live show that will top Mr.West. This is only of only two Kanye remixes I've heard that do his skills any justice.

There's Nothing In The Water We Can't Fight (Chemical Remix)- Cloud Control --- Simply incredible band, best remix I've seen of their tracks yet. This one's a special treat for Tobes and Lawrence.
